The basic driving directions are to make your way to Draffenville, Kentucky via US 68 from the West, US 641 and the Purchase Parkway from the South, I-24 and Purchase Parkway from the North. Coming from East or Southeast (Nashville) you would come I-24 West to the Purchase Parkway and then South on the Parkway to the first exit which is US 68 (Benton) exit. This junction is known as Draffenville. Head East on US 68 approximately 5 miles, passing Judy's Bait and Tackle store (one of the best, friendliest, bait and tackle, fuel, sundries stops in the area) on your left. Just after you pass Judy's, you will come up on the junction of Moors Camp Hiway and US 68. Turn left and proceed down Moors Camp Hiway, which will be about a 6 mile trip to our house. You will pass Johnson Real Estate on your right as you are traveling the highway. About 2 miles from Johnson's, you will see the entrance to Moors Resort, go past that entrance to the next road on your right, which is Cox Drive.There is a large white building at this intersection, you will pass to the right of the building. Follow this road, Moors Cemetary on your left, for about a 100 yards and it becomes Sherwood Drive. Follow Sherwood Drive which twists and turns along Kentucky Lake for about 3/4 of a mile, there will be a gray vinyl sided house on your right with a totem pole in the front yard and a road that turns to the left (Vista). Our house is the next house after the gray house, on your right (lakeside), "Mahoney" on the mailbox, 446 Sherwood Drive. The house sits down the hill a bit and the trees sometimes hide the house.
