Our rates are as follows: During the Season (Memorial Day through Labor Day): $325 per night, minimum three nights . There is a four night minimum on Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day weekends. Both seasonal and off-season rates are based on a maximum of eight (8) people. If your party number exceeds eight, please let us know and arrangements can be made for additonal guests at a rate of $10 per person per night. Off-Season Rates: $250 per night, minimum three nights. We also require a $325 damage deposit which is refundable if there is no damage to the property, house or contents. Our county, Marshall, requires that we collect a 3% bed tax. Our house is also available on a weekly basis at a slightly reduced rate. Call (270-362-4955) or email for specifics. We request 50% of the total rent within ten days of making the reservation and the remainder is due two weeks before reservation date. Deposit is not refundable. We accept personal checks and money orders. This is also our vacation home and we are pleased to share it with you. We request that smoking be limited to the outside area. We try to insure that your stay at our Kincora is a pleasurable one.
